DDC renamed into DRI upravljanje investicij, d.o.o. (DRI Investment Management Ltd.) At the yesterday DDC svetovanje inženiring, d.o.o. (DDC Consulting & Engineering Ltd.) Company General Meeting, DDC svetovanje inženiring, d.o.o. Company was converted into DRI upravljanje investicij, Družba za razvoj infrastrukture, d.o.o. (DRI Investment Management, Company for Development of Infrastructure Ltd).
At the general Meeting, AUKN as the only partner, adopted a new Act on Incorporation of company DRI upravljanje investicij, Družba za razvoj infrastrukture, d.o.o. (DRI Investment Management, Company for Development of Infrastructure Ltd), which entirely replaced until now effective Act on the Company Incorporation.
In conformity with the new Act, the new Company has been incorporated with a purpose “to carry out services of investment engineering, investments management in public infrastructure and other consultancy services as an internal contractor for the state, its bodies and legal entities of public law. The Company may also carry out profitable activity and acts in the market with an objective to create profit, whereby it is not allowed to implement the majority or essential part of its activity".
