Today DRI upravljanje investicij, d.o.o. concluded a contract with the Directorate for Public Works, a body within the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism of Montenegro, for the review of the Main design and Supervision of works during the Construction of the Sewage Network and Waste Water Treatment Plant in the Municipality of Berane, in the north-eastern Montenegro.
The concluded contract is a result of a successful tender, where DRI upravljanje investicij, d.o.o. in a joint venture with the company Projekt d.d. Nova Gorica, received the highest score in a strong international competition.
The works, of which the investment value amounts to almost EUR 11 million and are expected to be completed in about 45 months, will be implemented in two lots; the first one being the review of the main design and the second one will comprise the supervision of works during the construction of 21-km long sewage network and the waste water treatment plant with capacity of 20.000 PE.
The acquired business will strengthen the position DRI upravljanje investicij, d.o.o. also in the field of infrastructure, where the company boasts a number of successfully completed projects. Several comparable projects which the company has so far successfully implemented are the consulting and supervision of construction of waste water treatment plants in Cerknica, Kasaze, Rateče, Železniki, Podpeč, Bohinj, Jesenice, Muta and Ptuj.
