"The project of water supply in Zgornja Sava river area – 3rd set" has been completed, which includes the construction of the water distribution systems Bašelj–Kranj (10 km long) and Zadraga–Naklo (7 km long) and the construction of water reservoir Zeleni hrib and ultra filtration Bašelj. Thus, more than 50,000 residents of Kranj, Naklo and Predvor are ensured greater reliability in the supply of drinking water and better water quality.
The total investment amounted to € 12.6 million, of which € 6.6 million was contributed from the EU Cohesion Fund, more than one million Euros was financed by the Ministry of the Environment and Spatial Planning, and the participating municipalities contributed almost five million Euros.
In the project, DRI performed consulting and engineering services.
